The Fine Print

This reward only applies to Engineering positions excluding Data Solution Engineers.

The person you are referring must know you personally when we contact them.

You’ll receive a check only after the new hire you referred successfully holds their position at Smarking for 120 days.

You must be the first person who refers the candidate.

If we can’t meet with the candidate within 30 days or we don’t hire them within six months after the referral, no bonus will be paid out.
